Your agency services the insurance on my Hatteras 42 LRC which we are cruising on a multi-summer great loop trip. Vanessa Sawyer recently assisted me with untangling a mess I had made of the coverage area, launch/layup time, renewal premium payment, contact email address, etc. I had, in fact, failed to notify you of the fact that we were cruising (uninsured !) in Canada. Vanessa did a fantastic job of guiding me through what needed to be done to get the insurance current. My husband and I have been boating for over 45 years, we have met many wonderful fellow boaters and one subject seems to come up in our conversations is “who do you insure with”? We have been with Gallagher for many years both as Lake Michigan and Florida boaters. This year Lake Okeechobee was mandated to keep levels low, if not for Ryan Johnson and his tenacious efforts, we would have had to make a very long trip to Brunswick Georgia.
